Dr. Bjoern Schuppar is the founder and Managing Partner of Schuppar Consulting, being in the consulting business for over ten years. After several years as a consultant and trainer, he started his own consulting business in 2004. His goal is to offer his clients an integrated consulting process with measurable results and a sustainable improvement in skills and performance for the client’s employees. Dr. Schuppar is assisted by a team of experienced analysts and consultants.

Because of his extensive knowledge in the fields of pricing, distribution partner management, customer benefit and retailer management in addition to a high degree of social and intercultural competences, Dr. Schuppar is a capable consultant for addressing the needs of his demanding clients. In many cases his clients are senior level managers of multinational corporations such as Bosch, Dräger, Henkel, Sait Gobain or Siemens as well as larger medium-sized businesses. Consulting projects in Europe, USA and Asia added to his intercultural competencies and experiences. Over the past 8 years Dr. Schuppar trained over 3,500 executives.

Dr. Bjoern Schuppar is the author of numerous publications dealing with Sales and Marketing as well as the book “Price Management”. During his dissertation at Mannheim University (chair of Prof. Dr. Christian Homburg) he identified the conditions that a company’s pricing management must meet in order to be successful in the business-to-business sector. Still today, he benefits from his knowledge about technical processes and innovation, which he gained during his studies of Industrial Engineering and Business Administration at the Technical University of Darmstadt.

Bjoern Schuppar likes to spend his spare-time with his family and he does sports like running, swimming and volleyball.
