For industrial distributors, pricing becomes more and more difficult. Actually, the customers demand for price decreases due to the uncertain economic conditions and the dropping prices for some of the raw materials. At the same time, suppliers still demand price increases. Against this background, Dr. Björn Schuppar will demonstrate how to negotiate price increases or to defend price decrease demands, in the VTH seminar. Using elaborated concepts and tools, the participants will be ideally prepared on price negotiation. Role plays with a professional feedback will help the participants to further improve their negotiation skills. The findings of the workshop can be directly implemented in daily business.
